How to become a Postman Leader
Postman Leaders are known for their dedicated efforts to educate and empower the community. At the beginning of every year, Postman selects a small group of individuals who have consistently contributed to the community.

Community contributions take a variety of forms, and we encourage you to engage in whatever way suits your style! Everything matters—whether you're helping others through organizing meetups, sharing solutions in the community forum, or creating educational content. How do I become a Postman Leader?
Postman Leaders are nominated by someone who believes in the impact of their contributions, and one cannot nominate themselves.
What types of contributions are you looking for?
We are looking for people who have done one or more of the following:
- Develop and contribute to the API Network
- Consistently contribute technical solutions in the Community Forum
- Participating in the Community Contribution Program
- Host Postman meetups, either virtually or in person
- Participate in a Postman Case Study
- Participate in 1:1 product feedback sessions with Postman Engineering or Product Leadership
