The Opportunity
As a Business Systems Analyst on the GTM Technology team, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, focusing on optimizing and integrating Salesforce and other GTM tools. You’ll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities for system enhancements, automate manual processes, and lead high-impact technology implementation projects.
What you’ll do:
- Analyze Business Processes: Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to understand current workflows, identify inefficiencies, and propose technology-driven improvements.
- Configure and Manage Systems: Configure, maintain, and optimize Salesforce and other GTM tools to ensure they meet evolving business requirements, including customizing objects, fields, workflows, and automations.
- Project Leadership: Lead or support integration projects, ensuring the seamless connection of GTM tools with Salesforce and other systems, enhancing data consistency and process efficiency.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze data from various systems to provide actionable insights, improve decision-making, and drive business outcomes. Implement standardized reporting frameworks to reduce report generation times.
- User Training & Support: Provide ongoing support, training, and documentation to end-users, promoting best practices and driving tool adoption across the organization.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and GTM technology trends to propose and implement innovative solutions that align with business objectives.
Who you are:
- Analytical Problem-Solver: You excel at analyzing complex business problems, breaking them down into actionable requirements, and designing effective technical solutions.
- Technically Proficient: Deep understanding of Salesforce (including configuration and integrations) and other GTM tools, with hands-on experience optimizing and automating workflows.
- Collaborative Communicator: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and translate technical concepts into business language.
- Detail-Oriented & Results-Driven: Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on driving impactful outcomes that enhance system efficiency and data accuracy.
- Adaptable & Proactive: Comfortable navigating change, quickly adapting to new technologies, and proactively seeking opportunities for improvement.
What you’ve done:
- Experience in Business Systems Analysis: 5+ years of experience in a similar role, working with Salesforce and other GTM tools to improve business processes.
- System Configuration & Integration: Proven track record of configuring Salesforce and integrating GTM tools, contributing to increased tool adoption and process automation.
- Data Management & Reporting: Experience in managing data quality, creating reports, and implementing frameworks that reduce data discrepancies and enhance data accessibility.
- Project Management: Demonstrated ability to lead projects from conception to completion, delivering on-time and within scope.
Nice to haves:
- Certifications: Salesforce Administrator and/or other relevant certifications.
- Knowledge of GTM Processes: Understanding of go-to-market strategies, sales, marketing, and customer success processes.
- Technical Skills: Experience with APIs, data migration tools, and SQL for advanced data analysis.
- You have experience in revenue operations or business systems for a SaaS organization
- You have experience with fast-paced start-up cultures
- Experience using Postman and/or developer tools

This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco or Boston & the reasonably estimated salary for this role ranges from $100,000 - $200,000 & a competitive equity package.
