The Opportunity:
Postman has achieved remarkable growth through strong word-of-mouth, with minimal marketing investment. This organic success has laid a robust foundation, and now we're ready to amplify our efforts to accelerate growth further. This is an exciting juncture for us, and we are looking for a visionary Head of Performance Marketing to drive this initiative forward.
In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to lead the integration of campaigns and marketing operations to create a cohesive strategy that includes demand generation, lifecycle marketing, operations, and paid acquisition. Your efforts will enhance growth across the entire buyer journey, ensuring that we maximize efficiency and ROI at every stage.
You'll be stepping into a dynamic environment where your contributions will have a significant impact. With growth already trending upward, you'll have the chance to pour fuel on the fire, driving user acquisition, expanding product usage, and uncovering new use cases. Your work will be integral to building a comprehensive, full-funnel marketing strategy that supports our ambitious goals.
What You'll Do
- Lead the marketing campaigns and operations team to grow our customer base through a full funnel buying experience, improve sales by turning one time buyers into repeat customers, turn buyers in to brand advocates, and improve marketing ROI/customer life time value.
- Create the strategy and implementation of an Account Based Marketing programs to drive pipeline from a key accounts list (developed in collaboration with Sales and Marketing).
- Optimize Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and continuously optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, SEO, and content marketing.
- Analyze Performance Data: Utilize data analytics to monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to maximize ROI.
- Lead and Mentor the Team: Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product, sales, product marketing, and customer success teams to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business objectives.
- Report and Communicate: Provide regular reports on campaign performance and growth metrics to senior management and stakeholders.
What You Bring
- 10+ years' of demonstrated success in ABM, Lifecycle marketing, demand gen for sales campaigns, and user acquisition for product led growth campaings, with a strong track record of driving growth and achieving marketing goals.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Experience in managing and mentoring a marketing team, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle competing and/or tight deadlines, great organizational skills and attention to detail required.
- Excellent communication skills essential.

What Else?
If the role is based in the greater San Francisco area, and the reasonably estimated salary for this role ranges from $240,000 to $276,000, plus a competitive equity package. Actual compensation is based on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition to our pay-on-performance philosophy, we offer a comprehensive set of benefits, including full medical coverage, flexible PTO, wellness reimbursement, and a monthly lunch stipend. Salaries will vary outside of the listed metropolitan areas & the U.S.
