The Opportunity
Postman is seeking a seasoned Senior Marketing Operations Manager to help take our systems, processes, and infrastructure to the next level. You will work closely with various Marketing stakeholders, and Sales Operations to assist in driving marketing impact while increasing operational efficiencies. You will oversee the marketing processes, and enablement of integrated marketing campaigns while providing technical expertise and guidance related to all systems and lead lifecycle flows. A successful candidate is a driven, highly collaborative teammate who loves systems, processes, data, and is energized by fast-paced environments.
What You’ll Do
- Ownership of Marketo, including processes and automation, in addition to other marketing technology tools such as Zuddl, Metadata.io, ZoomInfo, and others.
- Manage the integration strategies and requirements with the related technologies
- Optimize the lead management process including documentation of campaign execution, leads management, automation, and process flows.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across teams to identify gaps in current processes/systems and optimize workflows to increase efficiency across departments
- Enable the Marketing team to perform day-to-day execution of campaigns through training and documentation
- Work closely with the Sales Operations team to implement architecture requests related to workflows and tracking
- Manage and improve scoring models and lifecycle management for leads by facilitating sales handoff, prioritization, and automated nurture programs
- Responsible for data hygiene and enrichment including managing any 3rd party data and imports into the system
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and CCPA regulations within our Marketing systems by partnering with in-house cybersecurity and legal council
- Partner with Marketing team to scale the marketing technology infrastructure, systems and tools to better segment, target, and engage with prospects and customers, including lead and customer lifecycle, automation logic, & nurturing
- Operate autonomously with a high level of quality and integrity
About You
- 8+ years experience in a B2B marketing operations or automation role
- Deep experience with Marketo (Marketo certified preferred), SFDC (high proficiency with Salesforce preferred), and related platform integrations (i.e. Zuddl, CMS, ZoomInfo, Rampmetrics/Bizible, etc)
- Understand demand generation including email strategies & execution
- Technical aptitude: Have worked with highly complex processes and a large MarTech stack; ability to understand technologies and how to leverage them to achieve desired results
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and tailor communications to a broad range of internal and external audiences
- Strategic, technical thinking and strong business acumen with a desire to problem solve and seek out opportunities to improve processes
- Expertise in translating strategy to execution
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize and manage multiple projects
- Strong collaborator who seeks out feedback and input to build on existing infrastructure
- Thoughtful problem-solving tendencies with the ability to take initiative and ownership with a focus on continuous improvement

What Else?
This is a remote role based on the West Coast (USA) and the reasonably estimated salary for this role ranges from $135,000 to $175,000, plus a competitive equity package. Actual compensation is based on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition to our pay-on-performance philosophy, we offer a comprehensive set of benefits, including full medical coverage, flexible PTO, wellness reimbursement, and a monthly lunch stipend. Salaries will vary outside of the listed metropolitan areas & the U.S.
